This service is not supported or endorsed by Jehovah's earthly organization, Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of Pennsylvania. It's developed and maintained by a brother who currently serves in the US branch territory.

Does this service cost ?

Yes. It costs the individual publishers the price of receiving a txt/sms message. However, most cell plans include txt/sms messaging in the base plan. It also costs to send the messages and maintain the service, so service overseers will have to pay an annual fee to use the service. JW TIME .org's annual fees to service overseers do not support the individual behind this service, the purpose is to try and recover the costs of running the service.
